Driving Directions
I275 to Pinellas Bayway, West to Don Cesar Hotel, left on Pass-a-Grille Way. Or South on Gulf Boulevard/Pass-a-Grille Way. Continue south to the point at 1st Avenue. During construction work, which has started April 1, the guest parking is roped off for construction staging. Normal reserved and assigned parking for owners which is directly next to the north facing side of the building is not allowed, and all residents and visitors must park in spots along 1st Avenue.
