Building 420 is closest to 64th Street. The unit is 507E (east building). You will need to show an ID at the guard shack and they will assign you a parking space. If you are there Monday - Friday during business hours a door on the north side of the building will be unlocked and take you directly to the elevator. If you are there after hours or over the weekend you will go into the lobby and call the guard shack to unlock the doors to the elevator hallways. All living room furniture and dining room furniture convey, including the TV. One wall painting is excluded.
