Upon arrival, park in front (the right side has a few spots), ask the receptionist for a parking pass, and advise staff that you are coming up to 2020 North to show. This is an easiest and most convenient way, but it only allows 15 minutes. If you want to park on the street, it is metered and hardly has vacant space. If you want to park free in the garage, keep going to the left side, drive in first garage door, push button and ask to enter. they will ask for whats unit and whats parking space. Drive in , go up to G4-G5 ,you will see sign. Park , then approach 2 auto doors , on last door to lobby, push the button to let in. Use elevator to 20th floor. This elevator is convenient but its for service staffs. You may want to meet your client in the front lobby where the building decoration is more luxurious and quaint.
