The beds are soft yet firm, some have said it's been the best night's sleep they've had. There's tons of space to work from home!This is home away from home. The colors are fun, the lighting is enchanting. Memory foam queen bed, plenty of room for 2 to work from home. Fast wifi. walk to Crescent Lake Park or Starbucks, best bike able area with bike storage. ***this space has 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a queen, the other a day bed the size of a twin, the living room converts to a 3rd bedroom with a couch that has a full size pull out. There is room for a 4th bed in the entryway for extended family. Please message us about providing an air bed if needed for that room. Please look at the floor plan for reference :) And there is a large space out back for your dog to run around in the backyard and grill out.The kitchen has a Keurig plus coffee maker, some cooking essentials, a full-size fridge and oven, a large sink, and a counterspace to work at. Plus there is a view of the backyard so you can hang out with friends or family.The beds are super comfortable. The layout is perfect for larger groups so you can have sound privacy if everyone is doing different activities.Asecond work-from-home desk can be provided as well for digital nomads!Guest access and ample parking out back on a 1st come 1st serve, the yard is shared with 2 other units (both 1 bed units) the entire top floor is all to yourself the laundry room is in the garage, this is shared with 2 other units.Other things to noteYou will love this area, the brick road out front is incredibly charming and this area is super walkable, friendly and the essence of what Florida should be! : )
