If needed, there are two queen blow up mattresses! Every bedroom has a closet, plus there is a washer & dryer on site. Fully equipped kitchen with bar stools at the counter and a dining room table to sit and enjoy dinners with your family! This unit also comes with a private driveway, garage, kayaks and paddleboards. Sit on the back porch next to the fire pit and relax with a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy watching the sunsets. Or sit on the dock with your feet dangling in the water. Pet fee of $200.00 is PER PET. UNAUTHORIZED PET PENALTY IS $500.00 PER PET. Backyard is fenced along the sides but not along the seawall. Caution is urged along the edge of the seawall.
