Vista Bay has a heated pool, shuffleboard, 2 tennis courts, a fishing dock, and an assigned parking spot in which you can park 2 cars in a line, front to back. The first assigned parking spot is in the under the building parking garage, and the second car, the second car would be parked directly behind the first, and would be uncovered. You will have access to a PRIVATE DOCK in which you can tie off your boat, or use to fish from. This dock has power and water. Sorry, no renting of the dock is allowed, and no one can live on the boat. There are 2 private balconies; the Master Bedroom Balcony has a Gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the Living Room Balcony overlooks the Intracoastal waterway which flows into the Gulf of Mexico.
