"This amazing house is the perfect setting for your vacation and relaxation escape with family or friends! The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. The residence itself is in a gated community with a basketball, tennis courts and playground area on site. In addition, the area is on the same peninsula as the Hyatt Recency and Golf Course, which has added its own gated checkpoint and maintains the roads and grounds as it is the site of the annual Puerto Rico Open golf tournament. This is the area to enjoy the Rain Forest, horseback riding, kayaking, zip lining, bioluminescent bay, catamaran rides and snorkeling. Only a few miles to the famous El Yungue rain forest, and being only 10 mins from the Luquillo strip there is always something to do for your entertainment. Hyatt Recency's dinning experience is absolutely amazing, which you have full access to. Only 30 mins to the airport and old San Juan! The views are majestic and beautifully unique. Located at beautiful, quiet, Coco Beach, surrounded by the world class PGA golf courses within Hyatt Regency property. The space The first floor has two large common spaces as well as a full bathroom, dining area, full kitchen and small laundry area with washer / dryer. There is also an outside private patio in the back with a table, chairs and a hammock for eating and relaxing. The second floor has the three bedrooms as well as a full bathroom. The master has a queen bed and another on suite full bathroom, while bedroom two has two single beds and bedroom three has a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and single on top. There is also an upper level balcony patio with plenty of space to sunbathe in privacy, you access this terrace from the master bedroom. You can bring up the hammock and enjoy it in the second floor covered terrace which has access to bedroom two and three. Enjoy the whole house! I offer discounts for stays longer than 7 days. Guest access Guests have access to the house, backyard, upper and lower patio. Storage spaces, will be locked without guest access. If you need something a manager lives close by to assist you.
